Preferensi Nasabah Pelaku UMKM dalam Menggunakan Pembiayaan Bank Syariah Indonesia (Studi Kasus UMKM Kota Mataram Nusa Tenggara Barat)

One of the main problems encountered by micro, small, and medium enterprises (SMEs) is capital injustice system in bank lending rates high cost conventional interest rate for borrower (micro, enterprises). As a result, SMEs are looking other alternatives to increase proposing financing Islamic banking. The purpose this study examine preference choose Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Municipality Mataram West Nusa Tenggara determine effect each preference, as well most dominant behind preference. object research customers (SMEs actors) who have used sharia at municipality Tenggara. sampling technique uses purposive sampling, while primary data collected questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. results indicate that choosing finance positively significantly driven intention run law, profit-sharing, terms, service employees, quick process granting which was accounted 87.8%.
